Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to tann.ai, the marketing website for TANN Innovations LLC ("TANN", "we", "us"). The ClearPath product app at tann.app is a separate service with its own Terms of Service that apply to residents, haulers, and operator accounts. By accessing tann.ai you agree to the terms below.

Use of the site

You may read, share, and link to any page on tann.ai. You may submit a contact-form message in good faith. You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that disrupts availability, attempt to access non-public systems, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or designed to interfere with the site's operation.

The disposal-guidance demo

The disposal-guidance tool at /guide is an illustrative demo of ClearPath's Disposal Engine using a small set of real ZIP-coded rules. It is intended to show how ClearPath answers look — it is not a substitute for checking your municipality's current rules before disposing of regulated or hazardous items. The live product at tann.app maintains broader coverage and freshness controls.

Intellectual property

The TANN and ClearPath names, logos, copy, and brand assets are the property of TANN Innovations LLC. You may not use them to identify another product or imply endorsement without our written permission. The site's code is private; nothing on this site is offered under an open-source licence unless explicitly marked as such.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party resources (the ClearPath app, municipal rule pages, take-back programs, donation partners). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Limitation of liability

tann.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TANN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any decisions you make based on the disposal-guidance demo.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these Terms when our site or business changes. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
