Most new AI tools are impressive to demo and hard to actually use. They answer confidently without explaining why. They ignore local context. They break when they meet real life.
We started TANN with a different bet: AI is valuable when it helps a real person make a real decision in their actual context, with sources they can check and a clear path they can follow.
ClearPath is that bet made concrete. It won't guess silently. It won't flatten your city's rules into a national brochure. It helps, and shows its work.

Bismellah Amiri worked across healthcare, logistics, and enterprise software for nine years, learning what makes products last and what makes them fail.

We chose disposal as our first real problem. A universal challenge where local rules, civic intelligence, and community systems all converge.

Live on tann.app, pilot-ready
ClearPath is live with 6 civic-intelligence engines composing every verdict, 444+ published rules across 6 jurisdictions (Hennepin County, MN State, Federal, Richfield, CA, MA), 28 take-back programs, and 3,200+ ZIPs in the crosswalk. Opening pilot conversations with cities and hauler networks.
