Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TANN Innovations LLC ("TANN", "we", "us") handles data on this website, tann.ai. The ClearPath product app at tann.app has its own, separate privacy policy that governs in-app data — residents, haulers, and operator workflows are handled under that policy, not this one.

What this site collects

Contact form submissions. If you use the form at /contact, we collect your name, email, optional organization name, the inquiry type you selected, and the message you wrote. These are delivered as a single email to info@tann.ai through our transactional email provider, Resend (resend.com). We do not store the contents of contact submissions in any other system.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. This is aggregate traffic data — page views, referrers, country-level location, browser type. We do not connect analytics events to your name or email address.

Cookies. We display a cookie consent banner on first visit. Until you accept, no non-essential cookies are set by us. Google analytics cookies follow their own consent rules and Google's documented retention periods.

What this site does not do

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, brokers, or affiliates.
We do not run retargeting pixels, lead-enrichment services, or A/B-testing tools.
We do not auto-respond to contact-form submissions with marketing sequences.
We do not process payments on this domain — there are no payment-related cookies or fields.

Sub-processors

Vercel — site hosting and the contact-form serverless function.
Resend — transactional email delivery for the contact form.
Google (Analytics + Tag Manager) — aggregate traffic analytics.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (which, for tann.ai, is typically just the email exchange that started from a contact form). Email info@tann.ai with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date below.
